How do I start my first recording?

Getting Started

Click 'Record' in the web app or desktop app, select your screen area, and hit the red record button. Your browser may ask for permissions first.

Why can't I hear audio in my recording?

Technical

Make sure 'Include system audio' is checked before recording. On macOS, you may need to install our audio driver first.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Billing

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard, or click 'Upgrade' from any Pro feature prompt. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I record in 4K quality?

Features

Yes! 4K recording is available on Pro and Business plans. Select 'Ultra HD' in recording settings. Requires good hardware and internet.

How do I add CTAs to my recordings?

Features

After uploading your recording, click 'Edit' then 'Add CTA'. You can add buttons, email gates, and custom overlays (Pro feature).

Is my data secure?

Privacy

Yes. All recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. We're SOC 2 compliant and follow strict data protection standards.
